Meet our Team of Professionals
Ryan grew up in Fort Worth, TX where he attended Tarrant County College for his undergraduate studies, before transferring to the Texas Tech School of Pharmacy where he graduated in 2013. Ryan decided the pharmaceutical industry is what he wanted to pursue after working in a large mail-order pharmacy out of high school because he enjoyed the mix of healthcare experience and knowledge that came with the industry. Once he decided on a career path, Ryan worked in a CVS Pharmacy throughout his undergraduate studies which exposed him to many different situations as a pharmacy technician. Once done with school he worked at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital for 6 years where he began as a staff pharmacist and later was the lead pharmacist. As the lead pharmacist he oversaw surgeries and controlled drugs, while also preventing drug diversion and meeting DEA requirements. Ryan enjoys rock climbing, snowboarding, woodworking, and gardening with his wife Misty and daughter Piper.
Jill grew up in Brazoria, TX, where she grew up riding and showing cutting horses with her parents. Cutting horses led her to her husband, Tony, as he was a cutting horse trainer, and together they have a daughter named Kelty. Jill’s background in the equine industry led her to begin working at BVEH-Navasota as a veterinary technician after completing her Bachelor of Animal Science at Sam Houston University in 2000. After this, she transitioned to Signature Equine Hospital under Dr. Charlie Buchanan where she was in a management position there for several years before moving to CCP in 2019. Her extensive background and knowledge in the equine and veterinary industries, as well as in management, are pivotal to the operations of CCP. In her off-time, she and Tony raise cattle and watch Kelty participate in many sports and school activities, as well as being active in their community of Lipan, TX.
Ashley grew up in Texas and has been showing cutting horses since she was 6 years old, and her family owns/operates Beamer Performance Horses which specializes in cutting/cowhorse training, so horses have been her passion for her whole life. Because of this, she chose to complete her undergraduate studies at Angelo State University (ASU), where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness in 2019. During her time at ASU, she was on the Dean’s list, a recipient of the Carr Scholarship, a member of Block and Bridle, as well as continuing to show cutting horses. She also obtained her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Abilene Christian University in December of 2022. Shortly after that, she became a licensed pharmacy technician in the state of Texas. Ashley always knew horses were her biggest passion and that her career would have to include them, so when the opportunity at CCP opened up she had no hesitation in taking it. She spends all of her spare time riding and showing her horse, Houdini, as well as spending time with family and friends.
Justin is a Weatherford, TX native who attended Weatherford College where he became a CPhT. After this, he worked in retail for about a year before he began working in a compounding pharmacy. Justin is also a certified sterile technician and that is primarily what he does here at CCP, although he still helps out with non-sterile compounding when time allows. The pharmaceutical field was something he just fell into and hasn’t looked back since; he has tons of experience in compounding and he’s a huge asset to our team! When he’s not at work Justin spends a lot of time with his wife, Sarah, and their son, Deacon, as well as golfing and gaming.
Madelyn grew up in Tolar, TX, and quickly decided she wanted to take the path to become a pharmacy technician after high school. Her mom has been a pharmacy technician for many years, so the decision was easy for Madelyn to follow in her footsteps; she became a pharmacy technician in 2017 and never looked back. She takes great pride in being able to compound medications that provide patients with relief. When not at work, she likes to fish with her husband, Colton, and daughter, Sheridan, as well as spend time with friends.
